Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the course start date and time.
  • In cases where cancellations are made within 72 hours, full payment will be charged and if prepaid will be non-refundable and is not exchangeable for another date
  • Admin Cancellation Fee – All prepaid reservations are subject to a €10 admin fee. There will be no fee charged for rescheduling.

Pre-payment will not be refunded in the following cases

  • No fee returned to the client in the event that the client does not attend on the day of training and has not notified the service provider.
  • If the participant doesn’t have a sufficient level of English.
  • If the participant doesn’t have a valid PPS number on the day for SafePass Training and where a process number has not been applied for in advance.
  • If the participant is late more than 15 min for the course.
  • No refund can be provided if a participant fails to attend for any reason, is asked to leave by the tutor at any time or chooses to leave before the course is fully completed.
  • If the participants doesn’t complete Online Elearning & Onsite Practical Training in the allocated time.
  • Should you fail to successfully complete the relevant training.

Covid 19

  • We ask that you do not attend the training centre if you are displaying symptoms of Covid 19 or have tested positive within the past 14 days. On this basis a refund or reschedule will only be offered providing we receive a letter from your doctor confirming you have presented to them with symptoms within the 72 hour cancellation policy period.
