Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the course start date and time.
In cases where cancellations are made within 72 hours, full payment will be charged and if prepaid will be non-refundable and is not exchangeable for another date
Admin Cancellation Fee – All prepaid reservations are subject to a €10 admin fee. There will be no fee charged for rescheduling.
Pre-payment will not be refunded in the following cases
No fee returned to the client in the event that the client does not attend on the day of training and has not notified the service provider.
If the participant doesn’t have a sufficient level of English.
If the participant doesn’t have a valid PPS number on the day for SafePass Training and where a process number has not been applied for in advance.
If the participant is late more than 15 min for the course.
No refund can be provided if a participant fails to attend for any reason, is asked to leave by the tutor at any time or chooses to leave before the course is fully completed.
If the participants doesn’t complete Online Elearning & Onsite Practical Training in the allocated time.
Should you fail to successfully complete the relevant training.
We ask that you do not attend the training centre if you are displaying symptoms of Covid 19 or have tested positive within the past 14 days. On this basis a refund or reschedule will only be offered providing we receive a letter from your doctor confirming you have presented to them with symptoms within the 72 hour cancellation policy period.
